LiquidOffice includes a turnkey eForm Repository and advanced support

LiquidOffice is installed as an Intranet or Extranet server that can be

Form Design
LiquidOffice ensures the
rapid deployment of eForms through an intuitive point-and-click Form
Designer, making it easy to create new forms, add intelligence, and
publish into the LiquidOffice Form Server.
To help government agencies
meet accessibility requirements defined in Section 508, the LiquidOffice
Form Designer provides a point and click interface to set the screen
reading order of form fields for published HTML, PDF and InfoPath forms
with screen reader applications like JAWS.
Forms Conversion
Optional form conversion
tool for LiquidOffice quickly converts nearly all online formats into
LiquidOffice and PDF. Supported formats include static PDF, PageMaker®,
Quark™, Microsoft Word™ and others.
Forms Management
A turnkey Web-based eForm Repository allows global
organizations to access forms from anywhere, anytime. The eForm
Repository supports customized folders as well as XML search
capabilities that speed user access to online forms. The eForm
Repository can be used to house all eForm formats, including Microsoft
Word, static PDF as well as other proprietary formats.
Web-based Access
LiquidOffice is a Web-based system that leverages
XML, HTML, PDF and InfoPath standards to implement automated electronic
forms without the use of proprietary clients or form fill plug-ins.
Forms can be accessed, completed, submitted and routed through a desktop
interface that is accessed using standard Web browsers.

The forms processing and routing features of
LiquidOffice are easily applied through a point and click interface
during the form design and publishing processes. The system supports
both ad hoc and structured workflow routing based on your business
requirements.
Digital Signatures
LiquidOffice provides LDAP authentication support
for a range of built in digital approval options using HTML, PDF, and
Microsoft InfoPath. Extended support includes digital signature
standards incorporating PKI certificates and biometric signature devices
from third party vendors for PDF forms.

Advanced Process Manager
The LiquidOffice Advanced Process Manager enables the design and
deployment of structured workflow processes. Advanced Process Manager
extends the capabilities of LiquidOffice to not only manage internal
forms-driven processes such as time-off requests and change-of status
forms, but also allows organizations to automate mission critical
form-driven processes that require a structured workflow environment due
to unique business requirements and regulatory compliance needs.
The LiquidOffice Process
Designer is a graphical design application that allows business users to
logically map the flow of a particular forms process with little or no
coding required. Process Designer integrates with the LiquidOffice Form
Server and LiquidOffice Process Engine providing a comprehensive
server-based workflow environment enabling business users to define
processes that involve human and automated tasks, transitions, decision
points, automated notifications, sub-workflows and more.
